Brownie's owner was very ill and wanted to find his dog a good home. He never had much in life and Brownie was all that was left. He loved the little sheltie! Brownie spent his days tied to the front porch and evenings inside with his master. PCF made arrangements for Far Point Collie Rescue to take Brownie in and transport was arranged. Brownie got a his first bath in along time and a thorough check up. Sadly, Brownie's owner died shortly after. His last concern was that Brownie was safe.  Pets Come First made arrangements with Far Point Collie Rescue to take him in.  First up was a badly needed make-over! Before and after pictures!
