Pets Come First is a 501c (3) non-profit, all volunteer organization. Our mission is to ensure responsible shelter management at the PSPCA Centre Hall Shelter. We are committed and work in partnership with other local rescues to provide monetary and voluntary resources to support and sponsor local animal programs in our community.

 

We help the challenging homeless pet cases that can't be helped using traditional resources such at PSPCA, Humane Societies, or Breed-Specific Rescues. We provide financial assistance for homeless animals as our main function, but also provide foster homes and placement services. We are a virtual organization, in that we don't have a physical shelter but reply on networks of foster homes and kennel spaces.
